Full Service Training

This program includes lessons, training, grooming and turnouts. It also includes all supplies necessary for the grooming and care of the horse. It includes face clipping, mane pulls and tail care.

Feed Charges (includes rice bran, A&M, oats, sweet feed, electrolytes, corn oil, bran mash on Sundays, flaxseed and carrots. Please note, special needs agreed to by owner and trainer may result in additional costs to owner)

Trainer Expenses
A flat rate that includes meals, laundry and local transportation. This fee starts the day your horse arrives at the horse show and continues until the last day your horse is at the show.

Horse Expenses
Will be divided by number of horses attending show. This fee includes hotels, transportation (airfare, if applicable) and per-diem. Services include grooming, feeding, packing & unpacking, tack room set-up & tear down, buckets, stall cleaning, aisle maintenance, ringside attendance and use of horse show equipment. It includes security, laundry and purchase of necessary supplies. (If additional grooms are needed, the cost will be divided by the number of horses). When possible, feed, bedding, tack and grooming stalls will be divided and billed through the horse show office.

Prize Money
15% of prize money won by horses ridden by Joie Gatlin in classes offering $1,500 or more.

Medications
Individually charged by horse.

Horse Show Deposits
A Horse Show deposit is necessary at least one (1) week prior to the event.

SALES, PURCHASES, AND LEASES

Commission
Flat percentage of sale, purchase or lease price.

Travel Expenses
Client shall be responsible for all costs incurred, by the Trainer or their agent, in the pursuit of a purchase, sale or lease, regardless of whether or not a purchase, sale or lease is consummated. Representative costs may include transportation, hotel, meals, telephone calls, postage and delivery, etc.

Trainer per diem
This per diem applies when trainer is required to travel in the pursuit of sale, purchase or lease of horse. Fifty percent (50%) of total per diem will be credited to commission at the close of sale, purchase or lease, if a transaction is completed at the end of this trip. This per diem in not applicable when trainer and/or client tries horses at shows at which they are competing.

Payment is due at consummation of transaction with late charges of 5% accruing after 15 days from that date.
